Maggie was originally designed as a low cost modern houseboat, with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/lounge and a roof terrace.She had gas fired central heating, the radiators are usable but the boiler will need replacing. The windows are all double glazed units, and there is good headroom throughout. Patio doors lead to a small deck with steps leading to roof terrace covering the entire boat.
Maggie could be a lovely one bedroom home, and on a secure residential mooring offers very much affordable ongoing costs.

Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £1.60 per foot of length per week.
