I have owned this boat since 1995 and she has been summer sailed for about 20 seasons of my ownership, off the North Kent coast. She is scruffy and could do with a refurb. She sits on a sturdy trailer (brakes not working). Depth, log, vhf (needs new antenna). No engine - best with a 6-8hp which fits in outboard well. Mainsail about 15 years old plus original hanked on self tacking jib. Viewing in my garden approx 7 miles from Faversham, Kent. There is plenty of info out there on this remarkable design.
